What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the practice of being aware of moment-to-moment experience in a non-judgmental way.

Learning to be more fully present in our lives through mindfulness and meditation brings us to experience the richness of everyday moments.  By observing the patterns of the mind, rather than being driven by them we widen our perspective and nurture a calm and centered approach to challenges.  Practicing moment to moment awareness in a non-judgmental way allows us to gain clarity, communicate effectively, see creative solutions and ultimately express our deepest, most authentic self.
